Morning Liver Flush

Depending on what you have available, you may either shake or blend. Chopped items will do better in a blender, tinctures can be shaken.


01 8 OZ FRESH FRUIT JUICE + 8 OZ DISTILLED WATER - If not freshly manually extracted, store-bought 100% will work. Go for either apple or citrus (citrus juices have been shown to gradually dissolve kidney stones and gallstones).

02 1-3 TBSP ORGANIC COLD-PRESSED SESAME OIL OR EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - Make sure the sesame oil is NOT toasted and do NOT try to substitute with vegetable or canola oil.

03 GARLIC - 10-20 drops if using a tincture, or approx 1-2 cloves, chopped. (If diarrhea or acid reflux is a problem, omit this)

04 GINGER 15-30 drops if using a tincture, or approx 1 inch piece of fresh ginger.

Drink all at once, -15 min afterward, follow-up with 2 cups of dandelion tea

Other considerations:

If you're diabetic, go for lemons/limes or green apples vs oranges (they're less likely to spike blood sugar), and minimize garlic as it may quickly drop blood sugar.

If trying to remove/chelate heavy metals (and aren't diabetic), use grape juice.
